Raven’s passion for providing exceptional guest experiences began at a young age selling homemade pies in her own business venture Sweetie Pies. Raven’s journey in hospitality started as a part-time job during her high school years, working at a local hotel in her hometown of Decatur, Illinois. This experience ignited her enthusiasm for Hospitality. While pursuing her passion working in hospitality, Raven was able obtain a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Drake University. Raven is very enthusiastic about the valuable opportunities that await while she continues her journey with Maverick Management. Her unique background, and passion for people and service ensures her success on the team.
