Task Force Leader

As Task Force Leader Frank’s primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. He works closely with the hotel's management team to identify areas that need improvement, develops action plans, and implements effective strategies to achieve the desired positive results.

Frank brings over 10 years of experience in hotel management across multiple disciplines, including room operations, F&B, guest services, and engineering. Having started his career in line-level positions, Frank appreciates hard work and understands the importance of result-driven leadership. His accelerated career has proven an engaging way of team building, strategic planning, and authentic leadership. Frank’s extensive background in hotel operations and strong business acumen also sparked his entrepreneurship globally. Previously, he helped develop operations for 4 select-service independent hotels in the South China market and conducted hospitality consulting for numerous international hotel firms.

Frank graduated from The Ohio State University with a dual degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration and received his MBA from Ohio Dominican University. Frank is also certified by Cornell University in Hotel Revenue Management. Frank carries his family’s explorative spirit into hobbies and sports, such as triathlon, music, tennis, and traveling.
